We held a special breakfast discussion at London’s Tate Modern as part of the launch of our Women in Financial Services 2020 report.
Jessica Clempner, lead author for the report, challenged UK business leaders to think of new ideas and radical action to deliver the next wave of change in the industry. We debated how we can accelerate progress on gender diversity in the workforce, discussing everything from activism to ally ship, and how to best measure progress internally.
