Overview
As part of Oliver Wyman’s commitment to changing healthcare through the relentless pursuit of a better way, the Oliver Wyman Health Innovation Center (OWHIC) is hosted an invitation-only session for senior healthcare leaders to chart a course for West Coast leadership in the new healthcare marketplace.
This was a day-long session designed to break down healthcare’s traditional silos and dissect the latest insights from the Oliver Wyman innovation community. The session was a collaborative, action-oriented conversation about the transformation in our industry, particularly against the backdrop of the West Coast’s unique market dynamics.
We explored emerging trends across the healthcare sector – specifically transparent markets, the rise of new models of care delivery, and the radical shift to more personalized care – and discussed how these trends can be harnessed to drive health market transformation on the West Coast.
