Margarita Economides, Engagement Manager in our London office, has been shortlisted for the Professional Services category in We Are City Rising Stars Awards.

Margarita works in the Financial Services practice focusing on increasing agility in large businesses and improving the effectiveness of company boards. In addition to her role, Margarita is an inclusion and diversity champion. She serves as one of the leads of our women’s network, inspiring behavioural changes through open discussions and events, as well as engaging senior leaders in gender equality issues. She is also a strong advocate for cross-gender sponsorship, heading up the launch of a new network at Oliver Wyman called “Men4Change”, which engages men in conversations around gender equality.She has published research in the World Economic Forum on increasing agility of company boards and the importance of diversity in organizations.
