Dubai One: Contributing To The UAE’s Emiratization Initiatives

Following announcements by the Government of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to launch initiatives to make private-sector employment more attractive for citizens, Adel Alfalasi, Principal and Abu Dhabi Office Head spoke to Dubai One about what motivated him to shift from the public to the private sector.

Adel highlighted the need for a change in mindset and encouraged citizens to start considering employment in the private sector as a starting point, as opposed to the current trend where public sector employment is the first preference.

Adel also spoke about his own move from public to private sector employment and the potential for growth in a private sector firm.
