#ABTalks: Emiratis In The Private Sector

Oliver Wyman Abu Dhabi Office Head Adel Alfalasi was interviewed on #ABTalks about working in the private sector after being in the public sector for more than a decade. Adel sheds light on his concerns before the move, his motivations, and offers advice to young Emiratis about to embark on their careers. He also spoke about his own move from public to private sector employment and the potential for growth in a private sector firm.

Joined by Mouza Al Dhaheri, VP Communication and CSR, Total Energies and Fouad Mansoor Sharaf, MD, Majid Al Futtaim, they talked about stability in the private sector, career growth, opportunities and education, as well as the concerns when it comes to not following the general expectation of working in the government sector.
