Prior to joining Oliver Wyman, Susan was a managing director at Credit Suisse, where she led global bank research and oversaw equity research coverage of US large-cap banks. A 30 year veteran of Wall Street, she earned numerous accolades for her equity research and became widely recognized for her ability to assess the strategic positioning, financial strength, and market value of institutions across the financial services landscape, including banks, brokerages, advisory firms, private equity, and consumer finance companies.
