Dan is head of Oliver Wyman’s Digital practice in Asia Pacific, where he supports global clients to transform and digitize their businesses to get maximum value from technology, mobile propositions, and their digital workforces. This includes launching new greenfield ventures on modern, low-cost technology stacks using agile and lean ways of working.

He specializes in the development and launch of new digital business models and virtual banks, products and services. Dan has worked across Asia, Europe, and North America and most recently led the launch of several new virtual banks and a number of new digital initiatives for two global financial institutions. He is passionate about moving existing organizations into new ways of working and partnering with FinTech firms to design innovative products for the market.

Dan has previously worked at a large global consulting firm and has spent time working on the industry side with a large European bank. He studied Marketing & Management at the University of Newcastle. He is a certified agile practitioner and coach and holds a PMI-PMP certification in Program Management.
