Technological disruptors promise to revolutionize telecommunications. However, the focus should remain on creating strategies and roadmaps aligned with market positioning, developing products, and internal capabilities that deliver targeted customer experiences. New business models will need to be developed, and success will be determined by the ability to leverage ecosystems and develop the right partnerships.
His portfolio of experience includes growth strategy, channel transformation, corporate carve-out and restructures, customer experience and retention, rapid cost-outs and strategic turnaround, digital transformation, network strategy, CAPEX & OPEX optimization, MVNO strategy, and spectrum management.
We believe in fostering co-creation - working with the client, not on them. When our recommendations are pragmatic and agile, we can ensure execution is seamless and our clients can see the benefits flowing to their bottom lines.
Zia is a recognized thought leader and keynote speaker with several publications on the emerging challenges in the telecom industry.
He holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management and University of Chicago Booth School of Business as well as a bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering from the National University of Sciences and Technology, Pakistan.
