Tracy is an associate in our Finance and Risk Practice, supporting clients across banking and the broader financial services ecosystem on strategy, operations, and transformation initiatives.
In her role, Tracy works closely with North American banking clients on large-scale regulatory remediation, forward-looking strategy refreshes, operational risk assessments, and enterprise risk transformation initiatives.

Based in New York, Tracy joined Oliver Wyman in 2021 after working at Deutsche Bank on their non-financial risk management team as a risk analyst. She graduated from Dartmouth College with a BA in Economics and English.
Outside of work, Tracy can be found leading Oliver Wyman's book club, spending time outdoors with friends in Prospect Park, and traveling to new places.
