Tim is a partner in our Corporate and Institutional Banking and People and Organizational Performance Practices, based in New York.
He has more than 10 years of experience working with US-based banks across a wide range of topics, including treasury, risk, capital markets, operations, talent, and organizational performance. He specializes in advising clients on complex change journeys by combining industry expertise with a deep understanding of each institution’s people and culture.

Some of Tim’s previous work includes leading the transformation of a large financial information, technology, and service provider, where he focused on uplifting key functions and driving organizational change. He has also led work in workforce strategy, the stand up of internal capabilities, communications, and change enablement for a new services-led operating model, and transformations in capital planning, risk appetite, and financial forecasting for US G-SIBs.
In his free time Tim enjoys trying new foods, gardening in his backyard, and motorsport. Tim holds a BA in economics from Yale University.
