Stéphane is a partner in the Transportation and Services Practice at Oliver Wyman, based in our Paris office.
He has deep experience across the entire B2B and B2C services industry, including hospitality, food and facility management, parcel delivery, postal services, airport services (including travel retail), and railway Operations.
He earned the privilege of handling trusted advisor roles with some of the most prominent CEOs, mostly in France, bringing to the table 35 years of experience working on strategy, transformation, governance, and leadership. Furthermore, what makes him distinctive, is his genuine interest and care for them as leaders of large organizations living in a perma-crisis mode.
The key to being the personal trusted advisor of a CEO lies of course on having the right insights and analysis, but also in the demonstration that you really care for them and the people around them. You need to genuinely love human beings and understand who they are and how they can be better at what they do
Before joining Oliver Wyman, Stéphane worked as a COO of a branch of Matra Lagardère (which became EADS later), and later as CEO of a family-owned Swiss company in the packaging services industry. He lives between Paris and Brittany in France, where he enjoys cooking and sailing with his wife, kids, and friends.
