Based in Stockholm, Sofia works with private equity firms and their portfolio companies, as well as with regulators, insurers, and leading banks. With close to 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, clients seek Sofia’s expertise on topics spanning due diligence, sign-to-close, and corporate strategy to transformational work within corporate governance, compliance, and non-financial risk.
Her passion lies in helping clients grow their business, whether it’s finding the right company to add to their portfolio, or supporting a portfolio company with strategic or transformational work.

Outside of work, Sofia cherishes time spent in the Swedish mountains and hopes to instill her love for alpinism in her children and husband. She is passionate about musicals and takes every opportunity to attend the West End theatres in London.
Sofia holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration, with a major in Finance from Stockholm School of Economics.
