Salomé is an engagement manager at Oliver Wyman, based in our Paris office. She specializes in climate and sustainability topics and also serves the role of chief of staff for the Global Climate and Sustainability platform.
With more than five years of experience consulting in Europe, Salomé has a rich background. Before she turned her focus towards industry and food system decarbonization, she was an expert in retail and consumer goods. She has collaborated with chief executives and other high-ranking leaders of top companies on pricing, offer design, and target operating models.

Recently, Salomé co-authored our Climate Action At Scale report, which will be presented in Climate Week NYC this fall. Working closely with Climate Group, she conducted research with leading industry practitioners to understand how they are building their businesses to thrive in a decarbonizing world.
A graduate of HEC Paris, Salomé is a yoga enthusiast who enjoys surfing and hiking. She has a passion for photography and watching classic French movies. An adventurous cook, she loves discovering new spices to incorporate into her low-carbon recipes.
