Radka is a partner in Oliver Wyman's Finance and Risk Practice focusing on credit, climate and sustainability risks.
With more than 15 years of risk management consulting experience, and a background in banking, she has relevant knowledge in regulatory compliance, risk modeling, governance and processes. She combines her strong analytical skills and passion for solving complex problems to integrate climate and sustainability issues into risk management for banking and corporate clients. Her work covers all integration steps, such as embedding in strategy and business models, risk management, governance and framework, stress testing and reporting.
When faced with a new challenge, my first reaction is to look for creative ways to solve it together as a team. Currently, there is nothing more complex than thinking of new ways of to solve the global climate crisis
Together with her team and clients, Radka always looks at the bigger picture when tackling challenges and offers customized solutions that make a sustainable difference. She wants to see how banks shape the future and work on optimizing value chains.
A mother of two, she enjoys spending quality time with her kids and husband. Her hobbies include yoga and she has a passion for good food.
