Nadeem is a principal in the People an Organizational Performance practice and a member of the Deal-Driven Transformation platform, based in our Dallas, Texas office.
With more than 10 years of consulting experience, Nadeem focuses on successfully delivering large-scale transformation through a deep understanding of delivering change and performance improvement programs. His work includes strategy definition, operating model design, program management and governance, change management, and post-merger integration.
My goal is to empower our clients to overcome challenges at each mile marker of their change journey, much like running a marathon. With the necessary preparation, training, and mindset, we can work together to achieve success
Before joining Oliver Wyman, Nadeem worked at Cognizant as a manager in its consulting division. He holds both a bachelor’s degree and an MBA from Ivey Business School in Canada. Outside of work, Nadeem enjoys travelling, cooking, and spending time with his wife, two young children, and small yet large in personality Pomeranian Chihuahua.
