Mathilde Duval is a principal in our Transportation and Services Practice at the Paris office. She also co-leads the local Women at Oliver Wyman chapter.
Mathilde is specialized in growth strategy and top-line projects for the logistics and services industries.
Several of her recent projects include working for a French postal and parcel delivery company. Mathilde lead the strategic roadmap for international development and redefined strategic ambition of several business units. She also worked for few services leaders and mobility players in rail and urban industry.
I am passionate about co-creating the strategic plan that will fit my client's ambition and pace, in order to make sure our recommendations will be actionable and implemented with the strongest impact.
Before Oliver Wyman, she worked in internal consulting and public sector advisory. Mathilde graduated from Sciences-Po Paris and HEC Paris with a Dual Master Degree in Public and Corporate Management. She is fluent in French and English.
Apart from work, Mathilde is passionate about sports. She effortlessly mixes running, training, and yoga with surf or ski trips. She is proud of succeeding in a race preparation while conducting a project: "It is a challenge, but it is worth it!"
