Martin’s experience encompasses a broad spectrum of transactions, including buyouts, growth, corporate carve-outs, IPOs, public-to-privates, and de novo structures.
He holds an Industrial Engineering degree from the University of Navarra and an MBA from Wharton. In his leisure time, he enjoys practicing surfing and racket sports.
