Lukas is a principal based in Oliver Wyman's New York office. He is a member of our Finance and Risk Practice and Climate and Sustainability Platform.
Lukas advises major financial institutions on climate related topics. He specializes in climate risk management, climate scenario analysis for physical and transition risk, climate risk frameworks, financed emissions measurement, and net-zero target setting.

Lukas has played a key role in building and co-leading our Financial Services Quantitative Analytics (FSQA) team in Raleigh, North Carolina. This specialized quant team assists financial institutions in solving analytics problems. In his role, Lukas collaborates closely with the team in North Carolina and provides guidance to financial institutions on analytics-related matters, particularly focusing on financial risk management. His areas of expertise include credit risk, stress testing, provisioning, capital management, and model risk management.
After obtaining his Master's degree in Finance in London, Lukas joined Oliver Wyman Financial Services in the Munich office in 2011. In 2017, he relocated to New York after working for a client based there. Outside of work, Lukas finds enjoyment in road biking through Central Park, playing soccer, hiking, and scuba diving.
