Keat is a Digital Assets Advisor with Oliver Wyman based in Hong Kong.

Prior to joining Oliver Wyman, he has launched crypto ventures and worked with clients on topics ranging from digital asset strategy, Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) selection, tokenomics design, and both crypto and digital bank business launches. Keat has experience with venture offices and family offices to establish early-stage portfolios in the digital assets and blockchain space.

He also works with clients in the financial services industry in areas including strategy, deals, commercialization, and new venture builds.

Keat Lai holds an MEng from the University of Sheffield and an MBA from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business.
