Jolee is an engagement manager in Oliver Wyman’s London office. She advises clients across the Sports and Entertainment industry, from the biggest teams and leagues to international media players and sports investors.
Her expertise lies in strategy, commercial growth, and organizational design. In the sports and entertainment sector, that has led to a recent focus on several themes: women’s sports, sponsorship, fan engagement, and private capital investment.
Jolee is known by her clients, partners, and consulting teams for her ability to navigate unstructured problems, her laser-focused approach to getting to the ‘heart’ of an issue, and her humility when admitting a different direction is needed. She strongly believes in human-centric and co-creative ways of working, having had the best partnerships working with clients rather than for them.
Before Oliver Wyman, I coached youth swimming. When you’re convincing kids to jump into the deep end for the first time, you quickly realize the best way is to be in the pool with them. I try to bring the same mindset when working with clients: journeying together, guided by experience and insights
Working alongside the Sports and Entertainment industry lead, she brings together colleagues across Oliver Wyman and Marsh McLennan worldwide to grow our industry support across strategy, risk, and people. She loves the international aspect of the work, drawing on her experiences of living in Canada, Hong Kong, and the UK.
Jolee holds a First Class Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree from University College London. Having spent a decade competing in the pool, she is currently searching for her next "sport." She has been trying out tennis, yoga, and running but is taking suggestions on what to pick up next. She is proud to have co-led our employee resource group, EMPOWERED in the UK, championing those from ethnically diverse backgrounds, and she is an active member of the firm's Global Asian Network.
