Based in Amsterdam, Jeroen is an associate in Oliver Wyman’s Finance and Risk Practice where he specializes in climate and sustainability.
Jeroen is passionate about helping businesses perform well by doing good. He supports financial institutions to simultaneously lower the climate and environmental-related impact of their portfolios while reducing their exposure to these risks.
Some of his recent projects include supporting a development finance institution with the integration of climate in their risk management framework and supporting a global initiative on the publication of a climate transition plan framework.

Most recently, Jeroen co-authored the 2022 CDP Europe Report Stepping Up, which assesses the progress made by nearly 1,500 European companies in developing credible climate transition plans and integrating nature into their broader strategy.
Jeroen graduated cum laude from Maastricht University, holding a Bachelor of Science in International Business and a Master of Science in Finance and Investments from Erasmus University.
Outside of work, he enjoys long walks through the city, and when the weather is nice he prefers to a run through nature. One of his favorite activities is spending time with his girlfriend, friends, and family.
