Jatin is a partner in Oliver Wyman's Digital Practice, based in New York. He co-leads CustomerFirst and is the head of the Digital Specialist team.

With more than 20 years of experience, Jatin has had a diverse career that encompasses both management consulting and artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) start-ups. Drawing insights from both domains, he helps clients drive innovation by incubating new ventures or reinventing existing ones in the face of disruption.

Jatin's experience includes serving as interim CTO for a Global 100 insurer, where he successfully incubated a digital business venture focused on financial wellness. He has also led multiple hyper-personalization and customer experience reinvention programs for airlines and telecommunications, leveraging AI and modern cloud-native technologies. Most recently, Jatin has been involved in incubating a fintech venture for a telco giant. Throughout these endeavors, he provides hands-on leadership and support to his clients, guiding them from ideation to launch.

Before joining Oliver Wyman, Jatin co-founded and led a start-up that developed a highly secure, cloud-based AI/ML Ops solution. Additionally, he has held the positions such as European head and co-head of the Global B2C business at a pioneering AI/ML solutions and advisory firm.

Jatin holds an MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University and a B.Com from the University of Mumbai. He is also qualified as a chartered accountant in India.

Outside of work, Jatin is passionate about audio equipment and gadgets in general (please avoid starting a discussion with him about tubes versus transistors). He’s a self-proclaimed ‘petrol head’ and an aspiring photographer. He and his wife continue to cherish their nearly 20-year love affair with New York City while taking every opportunity to travel and explore the world, now with their almost-teenage daughter accompanying them.
