James is a partner who leads Oliver Wyman’s Government and Public Institutions Practice in Australia.
Throughout his consulting career, James has focused on supporting clients in strategy development, efficiency, operating model change, and large-scale transformation. He has consulted governments, education institutions, financial services companies, and not-for-profit organizations.

Prior to consulting, James was a central bank economist working across macroeconomics, financial stability, regulation, and financial system policy.
James has a BCA (Hons) from Victoria University of Wellington and an MBA from London Business School. Outside of work, James enjoys running, rugby, and reading.
