Hailey is a partner in our Health and Life Sciences Practice.
She has extensive experience working with health insurers and other health services companies to develop their overall enterprise and medical management strategies. As a core member of our affordability and quality impact platform, Hailey is passionate about finding ways to reduce medical cost burden, while ensuring members receive access to high quality, appropriate care. She works with her clients to develop innovative payer-led ventures, new programs, and to transform their operating model strategies.

Hailey holds a Bachelor's Degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She is based in Washington, DC, where she lives with her husband, daughter, and two dogs.
