His experience includes facilitating leadership redesign of a top-ranked academic medical center, who fully implemented his recommendations to execute growth strategy. And, helping a payer-owned staff HMO group detail their implementation planning regarding M&A growth opportunities, new payer and provider partnerships, and clinical redesign around high-risk populations. His other experience includes helping a regional health system bring new offerings to market expected to yield over $120 million, helping a regional health plan establish a growth venture, and helping a major health plan develop a new value-based care market transition strategy. For a national hospital system, he strategically analyzed over 20 markets to eventually reap over $100 million of capital earmarked for initial acquisitions.

Bryce has an MBA in Economics and Statistics from the University of Chicago and a BBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Michigan.
