Benedikt is a partner in our global 8works capability and leads our people-led change activities in Germany.
He helps our clients navigate complex transformation moments by bridging silos, hierarchies, and organizational boundaries. In his more than 20 years of strategy and experience consulting, Benedikt has developed deep expertise in B2C industries and digital transformation, working with both corporate clients and family businesses.
Benedikt’s recent work focuses on creating a shared cultural identity for leadership teams and their organizations, and cascading the change through co-creation methods. He believes that the increased complexity of change requires more people-centric ways of collaborating and leading. He supports leaders in finding the courage to take new paths and unleash the collective genius of their organization.
Any transformation is possible when leaders have the courage to create the conditions for people to show up and share their full selves at work
Benedikt’s commitment to people-led change also manifests itself in a deep passion and decade-long commitment to Montessori education. As a school board member, he aspires to foster more human and collaborative work not only in the corporate world, but also in education and society at large.
Before joining Oliver Wyman, Benedikt was a partner at Strategy& and PwC, where he led various roles, most recently building a co-creation capability.
He holds a Dipl. Kfm. degree from European Business School in Germany and has studied in Canada and Argentina. Benedikt is an accredited Global Master in the MG Taylor facilitation method and an ICF-trained coach.
In his spare time, Benedikt enjoys spending time with his wife and three teenage kids in Mainz, playing tennis, mountain biking, listening to vinyl records, or taking acting classes.
