Ashik has held numerous leadership positions at Oliver Wyman, including a lengthy tenure as leader of the firm's Digital Practice in North America. Currently, he also serves as the co-head of Oliver Wyman Quotient in the Americas, overseeing the firm's artificial intelligence (AI) and analytics initiatives.
For three decades, he has successfully advised top-tier companies on strategic business transformations and technology-driven change in North America and Europe.
Ashik’s expertise encompasses the financial services sector (banking, payments, insurance) and the technology industry (enterprise software, e-commerce, fintech).
Collaborating with senior executives, he has led numerous business and technology transformations at Fortune 500 companies. His work has included defining business and technology strategy, aligning organizations with new strategies, launching ventures, bolstering market position through analytics, modernizing infrastructure, and redefining partnerships.

Beyond his professional achievements, Ashik finds rejuvenation through meditation and the thrill of tracking high-performance cars at venues like Laguna Seca.
Born in Uganda, Ashik spent several years in London and various parts of the US before making the San Francisco Bay Area his home, where he resides with his wife and two sons. He takes pleasure in cycling during the many sunny days, hosting gatherings for family and friends, exploring local vineyards, and attending live music events. Ashik earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University, an MS in Computer Engineering from Purdue University, and an MBA with high honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
