Andrew Horncastle is the head of the IMEA Energy Practice and part of IMEA Management Committee, covering Upstream, Downstream and Chemicals, Midstream / Trading, Utilities and Mining. 

He advises on Strategy, Operating Model, Operations and other functional topics in the Energy space and has built significant experience on the intersection between Energy and Public Sector.

Andrew has 20+ years consulting in Chemicals and Downstream. Spent the past 14 years serving all major Middle Eastern Chemicals clients as well as working with global Chemicals players. Led Strategy, M&A and large transformations as well as localization programs in Chemicals.

Andrew has mastered in Business Administration at the Karl Friedrich University in Bamberg Germany and did a Fellowship program at INSEAD.
