Alban is a partner based in our New York office, with deep expertise in sustainability, climate and nature risk, and adaptation and transition finance.
With a background in risk management, he has spent the past decade helping financial institutions integrate climate-related considerations into their financial risk frameworks. His work includes leading efforts in climate scenario analysis and stress testing, underwriting, setting climate-related limits and defining climate risk appetite.
Alban also focuses on identifying commercial opportunities in transition and adaptation finance, helping institutions navigate the evolving landscape of climate-related investments.

He has collaborated with more than 50 financial institutions worldwide to develop methodologies for assessing climate and nature risks, as well as identifying opportunities within their portfolios.
In addition to his consulting role, Alban spearheads the development of Climate Credit Analytics, a suite of climate scenario analysis and credit analytics models created in collaboration with S&P Global.
Alban has published numerous articles and papers on climate risk and is a frequent speaker at industry events. He also serves on the finance panel of the SENSES project, a global expert working group established by the climate science community to advance the next generation of climate scenarios.
Alban holds a master in management from ESCP Europe.
