Ahmad is a partner in Oliver Wyman’s Digital and Communication, Media and Technology (CMT) Practices.
He has spent the last 15 years working with public and private sector entities across the Middle East and Africa on content topics spanning strategy design, business planning, launch support/spin-offs, commercial effectiveness through advanced analytics (B2B/B2C), and digital transformation.
In recent years, Ahmad’s focus has been on shaping digital economy agendas through large programs (such as smart cities) to maximize economic output and support national strategic priorities across different sectors. For example, at the height of the COVID pandemic, Ahmad successfully helped a client navigate the crisis through data-driven policies and steering a nationwide implementation of digital health tools.
I would advise new consultants to approach projects with the mindset that any problem can be solved and anyone motivated enough, irrespective of their role, can find solutions. The key is to find the right motivation to drive you
