As a Partner in Oliver Wyman’s Government and Public Institutions Practice in the Middle East, Nans advises states and policymakers on the center of government (CoG) related topics including policy development, strategy design, fiscal alignment, and operational excellence.
Over the past two decades, Nans’ professional career has taken him through Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Accustomed to change, he always enjoys the challenge of building and maintaining trust with people.

A major motivation for Nans is to make a positive impact on people’s lives through his role as a Partner at Oliver Wyman. This starts with the impact the projects in the Public Sector domain have on people’s daily lives, but is also true with his clients and his colleagues.

Nans’ advice for aspiring consultants is to remember what it means to “serve”, and what it requires in terms of character, perseverance, and passion in order to succeed.
Your journey through consulting should be a marathon. Keep up the pace but manage your breath. And simply enjoy the ride!
Nans holds an MBA from INSEAD – Fontainebleau and a Bachelor’s Degree in electromechanical engineering from École Spéciale des Travaux Publics in Paris.
