Genevieve is a principal in our Government and Public Institutions Practice, based in Melbourne. She brings over 13 years of experience supporting public sector clients across the Asia Pacific region.
Throughout her career, Genevieve has led complex, multi-workstream programs, working extensively with mission-driven organizations such as universities, state and federal government. She specializes in enterprise strategy and operational improvement and has expertise in questions relating to education, research, and innovation. She has coordinated an operational review for an Australian university, enabling its return to financial sustainability, and led a feasibility study on structural change in the education sector that informed institutional and government decision making.
Genevieve has directed a financial sustainability review for a federal research agency, resulting in a successful allocation of government funding. As interim program director for a government-funded initiative at a leading university, she stood up a large research program, establishing the program management, governance, and reporting capabilities required to successfully deliver the program.
I enjoy helping purpose-driven organizations navigate the delivery of their critical societal mandates while ensuring financial sustainability, against a backdrop of changing policies and regulations
